Pricing & Packages

How much does a website cost?

Websites start from £650 — but the exact price depends on what you need. A simple brochure site is very different to a full e-commerce store! Everything is fixed-price though, so no nasty surprises. Head to the Website Plans page to see what’s included.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! A website is a big investment and I want it to be accessible. Just drop me a message and we’ll figure out something that works for you.

What’s included in the price?

Design, development, and a proper handover so you actually know how to use your site once it’s live. Depending on your package there may also be hosting, basic SEO, and content support thrown in. Full details are on the Website Plans page.

Process & Timelines

How long will my website take?

Most sites go live within 2–4 weeks of your kickoff call. The biggest factor is usually how quickly content (your text, photos, logo) comes through — so the faster you are, the faster we can go!

What do I need to bring to the table?

Ideally your logo, brand colours, the words for each page, and any photos you want to use. If you’re not sure about any of that, don’t stress — I can point you in the right direction.

What does working together actually look like?

  1. We jump on a free consultation call to chat about what you need
  2. I send over a proposal and we agree what’s included
  3. You send your content and we get stuck into the design
  4. You review a live preview of the site and give feedback
  5. Happy with everything? We go live!

How many revisions do I get?

Enough that you’ll be genuinely happy with the end result. The exact number is confirmed upfront depending on your package — no nasty surprises there either.

WordPress Training

Do I need to be techy to do the training?

Absolutely not. If you can use email, you can do this. The sessions are built around normal business owners who just want to update their own site without having to call anyone.

How does the training work?

We can do it over Zoom, in person if you’re in or around London, or a mix of both. Sessions start from £60/hour and go at your pace.

What will I actually be able to do afterwards?

Update your text and images, publish blog posts, manage your pages, and handle the everyday stuff yourself — no developer required.

My website wasn’t built by you — can I still get training?

Of course! As long as your site runs on WordPress, I can help you get comfortable with it.

Ongoing Support & Care Plans

What’s a Care Plan?

Think of it as a monthly MOT for your website. It covers hosting, security, software updates, and regular content changes — all from £20/month. It means you never have to worry about your site going wrong.

Do I have to sign up for one after my site is built?

It’s not compulsory, but honestly? It’s worth it. WordPress needs regular updates and without them things can (and do) go wrong. A Care Plan means someone’s got your back.

What counts as a content change?

Updating text, swapping images, adding a new team member, changing your contact details — that kind of thing. If you want to add a whole new section or page, we’d just have a quick chat about it first.

What if something goes wrong urgently?

Care Plan clients get priority. I’ve been known to help clients out over the weekend when things go sideways — just reach out and I’ll get on it.

Technical Stuff

Will my site work on mobile?

100%. Every site I build looks great on phones, tablets, and desktops — no exceptions.

Will people be able to find me on Google?

Every site is built with solid SEO foundations — clean code, fast loading, and proper structure. I also set up Google Search Console so you’re ready to be found. If you want to go deeper on SEO down the line, that’s a separate conversation.

Who hosts my website?

Hosting is included in the Care Plans. If you’ve already got your own hosting sorted, that’s totally fine too.

Can you take over a website someone else built?

Sometimes. I will need to check the Website to see if its its a site I am able to host depending on its plugins and theme.
