Based on our call, I’ll put together a clear proposal outlining exactly what’s included, the timeline, and the cost — no hidden fees, no nasty surprises. Once you’re happy, we confirm the project and get started.

Before a single pixel is designed, I take time to understand your brand, your audience, and your competitors. I’ll ask you to share any existing brand assets (logo, colours, fonts) and content (text and images). If you need help with copy or photography, I can point you in the right direction.

This is where the magic happens. I’ll create a custom design tailored to your brand — no templates, no shortcuts. You’ll see a visual mockup of the homepage first, so we can agree on the look and feel before I build the rest of the site.

Once the design is approved, I build your site on WordPress — making sure it’s fast, mobile-friendly, and easy for you to manage yourself. I’ll also set up

Once you’re happy, it’s time to go live! I’ll handle all the technical side of launching — connecting your domain, final checks, and making sure everything works perfectly.

After launch, I’ll walk you through how to use your new website so you feel confident making basic updates yourself.
